Returns

1. All Products Ordered in will carry a 25% re-stocking fee. End of Line or Discontinued Products Cannot be returned and we will notify you when making a purchase if this is the case. Electrical Good/items are also cannot be returned. 
2. Prior to returning any item you must contact us first for a return Authorisation number (RA). You Must notify us in writing within 7 days of receiving your item for a return to be valid.Please contact Tom@houseofthunder.co.uk. 
3. On Return your item will be inspected (usually within 24 Hours of receiving the return) and a reverse Credit Will be issued to your method of payment. (subject to a re-stocking fee) 
4. Return Postage is your responsibility, in no way will House of Thunder LTD be responsible for this cost. (we can however help you with this process and organise a return shipping label and deduct its cost from your refund).You also have the option of using any carrier of your own choice and expense. We strongly recommended to send the package signed for on a recorded delivery with full insurance for the total cost of the goods. 
5. We Do not refund the original shipping & Handling fee’s. 
6. Any Parts Made to Order Cannot be cancelled without the cancellation charges and fees being passed onto the purchaser. Some Manufacturers of made to order parts may refuse the cancelation once the order has begun, and the manufacturing process started which can and may happen immediately and the product will become the responsibility of the purchaser and get shipped in accordance with the original order and be subject to a no return policy without exemption. 
7. The Customer is responsible for any and all Tax’s and Duties including import/export costs that may apply.
