        • Dispatch Time: 3-5 business days
        • Delivery Service Selected: This timeframe will vary based on the delivery service chosen by the customer.
      • On average, customers can expect their orders to be delivered within 5-7 business days from the date of purchase.
    3. Express Delivery Options:

      • If you require expedited delivery options, please contact us to discuss express delivery services.
      • Express delivery services may incur additional charges and have limitations depending on the destination and the courier’s terms and conditions.
    4. Delivery Service:

      • We utilize reputable courier services for the shipment of orders.
      • Delivery services may vary based on factors such as location, package size, and weight.
      • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery.
    5. Delivery Address:

      • Please ensure that the delivery address provided during checkout is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

    By placing an order with us, you agree to abide by these delivery terms and conditions. We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.

    By Purchasing from us you agree to our terms and conditions of business, Our Shipping Policy, Our Returns Policy and our Refunds Policy. Not all items are immediately in stock at house of thunder and will need to be ordered in, the products and suppliers range of items is too vast for us to be able to keep every item in stock on site, we aim to keep best-selling and essential items in stock ready for immediate dispatch, If you need to know if the item is present please contact us before making a purchase. 

  • All Items Ordered In will carry a 25% re-stocking fee if cancelled which is to be deducted from your refund. All Electrical items are non-refundable. 

  •  Any Warranty claim or product defects should be raised immediately and within 14 days of the purchase date. 
  •  We reserve the right to cancel any sale at any point and return your payment. 
  •  If you wish to collect the item from store, you must notify us at checkout in the notes. Your delivery fee will be issued as a credit note if applicable. We will notify you when your purchase has come into stock and is ready for you to collect. 
  •  Should you need an item Urgently our suppliers all offer express shipping options. We can also offer a Variety of Express Shipping options, Should you need an item on Express additional Charges would apply. Express Shipping is never guarantee, as once actioned all deliveries are handled by 3rd Party Courier Companies. 
  •  The Customer is responsible for any and all Tax’s and Duties including import/export costs that may apply.
  •  The Term “in stock” Refers to stock levels held at the European distribution warehouse which links in to our online ordering system. Stock levels are not referring to stock held on site. Please contact us directly via email, or alternatively via telephone to confirm.
  • The term “backorder” Refers to the item being currently unavaliable/out of stock, with the ability to place a reservation on the stock as so once it is available it is reserved to fulfill your placed order. Backorders require payment in full and may not always be cancelled without fee for various reasons. 
  • We reserve the right to ship the item with any of our chosen trusted courier partners.
