1. The Parts and items supplied by us should be professionally installed by a qualified and experience mechanic. No guarantee or warranty will be given or implied if the product has been incorrectly mounted fitted or otherwise. 

2. Our website may over time contain links to other websites, products, features videos, pictures or likewise , If you choose to follow any link provided that takes you outside of our website you do so at your own consent and risk. 

3. We reserve the right to change without prior notice or consent the price of any item listed on our website in accordance with our manufacturers & suppliers pricing changes. As well as and not limited to the current exchange rate when goods are ordered in from overseas. If a pricing change occurs during or after and order is complete and we are unable to complete the order at the current price due to the company facing a financial loss we will contact the purchaser and discuss the options regarding the pricing change. 

4. We reserve the right to cancel any order, without the prior consent or notice of the purchaser. If This occurs a full refund will be issued. Something like this might occur if we are unable to fulfil and order due to problems with a supplier or manufacturer such as product line becoming discontinued. We reserve the right not too issue any explanation to the purchaser for the reason of there order cancelation. 

5. Any item that is not in its original unused condition will not be accepted for return or exchange. Items that are made to order are also subject to a no return,refund or exchange policy. 

6. No warranty written or implied is made on any product sold by house of thunder ltd, all descriptions given are to function as a guide or for reference only to aid the purchaser and are not a guarantee . no damages or otherwise caused by fitment or use of any product sold by house of thunder ltd shall be covered and by using our website and services your are accepting and agreeing to this. 

7. Some products sold on this website are deemed not for road use or for use on a track or closed course and you are agreeing to not use any illegal fitment of the supplied products by purchasing them through us – House of Thunder Ltd. We make no claims in regards to the emission output or change to your current emission output due to the fitment of any of the products we supply. 

8. In the event of item incorrectly being listed at the wrong price we reserve the right to and order placed.

9. Returns in store or online require pre authorisation, Restocking Fee Charged at 15% or £15 whichever is higher, returns that get approved over 30 days require authorisation from a manager. Approved returns carry Restocking fee of 25% or £25 Whichever is higher. By Purchasing from us you agree to these terms. If items need to be returned to the relevant supplier additional charges for the cost of postage, import/export and any localised taxes may apply. We Will try to make you aware of all charges before you proceed with any return, in the circumstances where by we are not able to notify you beforehand these terms still apply. Any returned sent without pre authorisation or any remedy work carried out without approval may result in a claim or return being rejected or only part paid.
